Oh What a Year || 2014 Resolutions and Changes

Here we are, the beginning of a new year. As comes along with all year beginnings, a whole batch of resolutions come with it. I have a few big ones this year and although I typically do not subscribe to the "only make changes January first" mindset, this seemed like a good time to start fresh.

2013 was a hard year for me, I'm not going to lie. There were some good things that happened during it, for example, I got to open for Little Mix in front of thousands and I got to go to Playlist Live as well as being front row for a Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran concert. All of these things were so amazing I can't even really put it into words. There were some less than fantastic things too. A less than successful surgery, continued medical issues and insane personal stuff to name a few. I am determined to make 2014 so much better than 2013 it will be laughable.

The first thing that I am doing for 2014 is diet related. Do not get me wrong, this is not a weight loss related diet change. It is a health and wellness change. I have done a lot of research on my certain medical conditions and things that you can do to naturally help them and there were a few things that are major allergic triggers that I am going to be cutting out. I am going to be on a strict grain free, sugar free, vegan diet. I'm going to be blogging a lot about the change and how I am feeling as it goes. Also if I find any recepies I will post those. If you have any please let me know!

Another thing is that I am vlogging every day for a year on my second channel, youtube.com/kelstalks. I have a lot going on in my life this year and I want to be able to look back at the end of it and relive the experience.

My final big resolution is to work hard to further my career in any way possible. Yes, I work as a nanny and love it but it has always been my ultimate goal to be a singer. It is my one true love. I have decided to do everything I can and put every ounce of effort I have into making a big push for it and if I fall on my fsce I can deal with that at that point but I am not going down without a fight.

So, what are some of your resolutions? Are you ready for a new year? What do you want to accomplish in 2014? Let me know in the comments! I hope you are having a great year so far and I love you loads!

Kelsey
